Remain Silent

 
You have a right to remain silent, use it.  Don't talk or answer police questioning.

The Marshall Project is a a nonpartisan, nonprofit news organization that seeks to create and sustain a sense of 
national urgency about the U.S. criminal justice system.  They recently published an article entitled "For 50 Years,
You’ve Had “The Right to Remain Silent”So why do so many suspects confess to crimes they didn’t commit?"


This article explores why citizens answer questions and even falsely confess.  It is interesting to look at the evolution
of police interrogation techniques and even recording interviews.
